I am a Linux user.  This means that I spend more time writing your drivers and reverse engineering other people's operating systems not to mention writing your own user manuals far more than wasting my energy on calling technical support.  But today, your website gave me an excuse.  I was about to purchase a router from you off of your website when I discovered scripting errors.  I was quickly able to write a WC3 compliant page that worked, but needed to contact the webmaster to inform him of the error so that I could purchase my router.

I called your technical support... after describing the issue to the first operator, they transfered my call to product support.  I found myself discussing the issue with an idividual who only knew english as a third language and could only assist with product issues.  This would have been fine, except I didn't have a product issue outside of the issue acquiring that product.  If I would have already had this product, I'm sure she could have been of some assistance if I would have translated the user manual to her first.  She then transferred me to technical support, who may have been of some assistance, except they did not handle technical support for the website, only with products.  This made me wonder what the first individual I spoke to was there for.  Alas, my question was nearly answered as they were about to transfer me back to that same person.  When I objected, the offer was made to order the product for me, but this was not why I called.  I called to get an issue resolved with the webmaster, and apparently no one working in your company knows how to contact this individual.

My complaint is on your inability to listen or understand an issue.  I would have liked to have ordered from you, unfortunately, your support is as badly put together as your order page, both of which issues you are completely unaware of, and will remain completely unaware of until you change your hearing aid batteries.

Your favorite ex-customer,

PS... I was going to bang your mom last night, but I was too busy infecting your web server with a virus that would transfer all of your web sales into my off shore account (which has since remained mysteriously unaffected).
