You must log in to post.  This is easy to do.  If you'll never visit the board again, delete your account after (but don't delete the posts too).  E-mail addresses used during registration don't have to be real unless you want to be notified of replies, subscribe to a post/newsletter, or retrieve your password via e-mail.

This is very similar to how the old guestbook worked except now you can come back and login again.
